Please refer to the “ How it works “ section of our website , which will take you through step by step with detailed information and advice to follow when your dog is missing from home … Also refer to the emergency numbers - notify the relevant authorities if there are nearby hazards or should Taz venture away from the area towards any potential hazards , they will put alerts out and remain vigilant .

Hi Jolanta , We are sorry to hear that Taz is missing , please can you confirm the circumstances that Taz became missing - did Taz go missing from home ? PLEASE be SCAMMER aware we are a free service and will never contact you via WhatsApp offering to send out thermal drones at a cost. If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM!!

Yes he is missing from home, opened the front door and jumped over the fence.
