as the location appears to be near to home - leave a gate , door open giving clear unrestricted access into the home and ensure someone is home at all times.. Place some unwashed clothing belonging to the person that Themba is most bonded with in a sheltered area near to the door that she uses with a small amount of strong smelling food . Most dogs will try to return ( home ) , once they have settled , if they are able and importantly if they aren’t chased or spooked further away.

Sorry to hear that Themba is missing. Did you walk or drive to the Downs? Can you pin point the area that she went missing from. Please read the information in 'How it Works' which will give you initial advice and phone numbers for relevant authorities to notify as a precaution. Also contact local vets and rescue centres in case handed in.
