Hi Marium, We are sorry to hear that Rosie is missing .. PLEASE be SCAMMER aware we are a free service and will never contact you via WhatsApp offering to send out thermal drones at a cost. If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM!! Please refer to the “ How it works “ section of our website, which will take you through , step by step , with detailed information and advice to follow when your dog is missing from home . Also refer to the section on our website listing the emergency numbers - as a precaution , notify the relevant authorities , they will put alerts out and remain vigilant if there are any nearby hazards .
