"Small black male dog (Patterdale type) seen running around Tameside. No collar. Has anyone seen him? He looks young. Very scared 🥺 seen around Snipe retail park Monday/Tuesday this week, and more recently this morning near Newmarket/Littlemoss Road. Too scared to come near, and too fast to catch. Poor thing looks petrified 😟"
