Please allow an access into your home should Jasper try to return and ensure someone is home . Leave a light on in your home overnight and check any available cctv , doorbell ring camera footage to see if you can see Jasper , which direction he may have gone . Check neighbouring gardens , sheds , garages , any out buildings , even inside your home as dogs can often remain silent if stuck or hiding in the most unusual places . Securely place some unwashed clothing belonging to the person that Jasper is most bonded with by the open door that Jasper uses with a small amount of strong smelling food , some water . Contact local vets , rescues and the dog warden even if Jasper is microchipped . Most dogs will try to return ( home ) once they have settled , if they are able and importantly if they aren’t chased or spooked further away . Have you tried quietly walking your other dogs to see if they will maybe lead you to the area where Jasper may be ?

H, we have done all of those things other than contacting vets (we are doing that when they open tomo) and dog wardens/rescues. We have walked our other dogs too but no joy yet.

If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM!! Please refer to the “ How it works “ section of our website, which will take you through , step by step , with detailed information and advice to follow when your dog is missing from home . Also refer to the section of our website which provides the emergency numbers to call if there are any nearby hazards . Notify the relevant authorities , who will put alerts out and remain vigilant .
