Please refer to the “How it Works” section of our website, which will take you through step by step detailed information and advice to follow when your dog has become missing from home or on a walk. There is also a section with Emergency numbers, please refer to this and notify the relevant authority if there are nearby hazards. They will put alerts out and remain vigilant.

Hi Lucy, sorry to hear Mabel is missing. PLEASE be SCAMMER aware, we are a free service and will never contact you via WhatsApp offering to send out thermal drones at a cost. If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM.
