Have you seen Daphne?
I'm a ground searcher and can help tomorrow if Daphne is not reunited today. I can see you have asked for more information Anne. Knowing where Daphne was lost from, how she became lost, any sightings and where her home is will help me to target the best areas to search. Suggestions about where to park near the area Daphne was lost from would also help me to operate in the area most likely to achieve success.
Thank you for the offer, if don’t receive a reply on here, may I suggest you give Connor a call.
Hello Anne, I understand Connor is being helped by another group. Expect that is why he has not responded to our questions. I worked with this other group a few weeks ago, when I joined them as a member of a lost dog tracking team. They were excellent, lots of volunteers and worked really well in support of our tracking team. I’m thinking of staying away from the search as Connor may not currently feel he needs DSAR support. I’m hoping Daphne is reunited with Connor very soon.
Thank you for the info Helen, fingers crossed.
Hello Anne, I sadly haven't seen any updates on local social media or heard from my other contacts. Daphne is now on Dog Lost. It says she was lost on Willersley Field, WR11 “While being exercised in a field with other dogs. All came back except Daphne.” If Connor does come back to DSAR with more information, regret I’m now away for 2 weeks so unable to assist. I’ll take myself off the ‘team’. I’ll be thinking of Daphne and praying she is reunited soon.
Please register Daphne on the www.doglost.co.uk Website ASAP, they are a National database and are also free, they will alert more volunteers in your area who can help and you will get many more shares.
Hi Connor, please can you tell me how Daphne became missing I.e from home, on a walk? And any other details that might be helpful.
Please refer to the “How it Works” section of our website, which will take you through step by step detailed information and advice to follow when your dog has become missing from home or on a walk. There is also a section with Emergency numbers, please refer to this and notify the relevant authority if there are nearby hazards. They will put alerts out and remain vigilant.
Hi Connor, sorry to hear Daphne is missing.PLEASE be SCAMMER aware, we are a free service and will never contact you via WhatsApp offering to send out thermal drones at a cost. If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM.
