Thank you so so much for all your help and support. Amazingly Ella just wandered into my parent’s garden (in Lodgemoor, Sheffield) this morning. I was starting to think that we wouldn’t find it so this is an immense relief. Thank you for your support and efficiency. What an amazing organisation! I hadn’t heard about you until today but have been so appreciative of your kindness and practical help.
