Hi Rebecca, sorry to hear Dottie is missing. PLEASE be SCAMMER aware, we are a free service and will never contact you via WhatsApp offering to send out thermal drones at a cost. If you receive a message from anybody pretending to be me or any other member of the admin team IT IS A SCAM. Please refer to the “How it Works” section of our website, which will take you through step by step detailed information and advice to follow when your dog is missing from home or on a walk. Also refer to the section of our website which provides the emergency numbers to call if there are any nearby hazards. Notify the relevant authorities, who will put alerts out and remain vigilant.
