Hi, is there any update on this? Is it possible to get something out today to see if there’s any movement?
Good evening Chalie, I am currently still at work. I will see if Is there is anyone else available.
Hi, I have sent a 2nd alert to volunteers.
Hi, sorry for the confusion. He was actually staying at a family’s address - 28 new road - gu35 9ay We think he is hiding in a bush as there is a lot of woodland around the area. Is there any thermal imaging you can retrieve from a drone? Thanks
Hi sorry I dont have a thermal drone however there are those in the group that do. Is there a location that he has been seen? I can get out with the drone first thing innthe morning. Thanks Ben
Good evening, I have put the mavic mini on charge i am local so depending on light I can be in the air fairly quickly.
Hi Charlie, sorry to hear Odin is missing. As your dog ran from your home, he may try to return once he has settled. Most dogs will return to their home or point of loss. Leave a gate/door open giving clear unrestricted access into the home and ensure someone is in at all times . Securely place some unwashed clothing belonging to the person that your dog is most bonded with near the door that he uses with a small amount of strong smelling food and some water. Check any cctv in the area and make neighbours aware your dog is missing and ask them to check gardens, sheds, garages and any out buildings in case he is stuck or hiding . He hopefully won’t have gone too far and will be hiding and make his way back . Please register on DogLost it will reach more volunteers. Also contact your local vets and the dog warden. Post on local Facebook pages and put up posters around the area.
