"Hi All, I have been communicating with others on a Facebook group about a stray dog that has been seen in the village of Bromham, Bedfordshire. It's a staffy, it has been seen in several places in the village over the last several weeks, no collar, it's skinny and runs away from anyone who trys to approach.
No one has come forward on the Facebook groups as owning the dog or knowing the dog, which is strange as it's a small village and usually someone would have. The attached photo of him/her is the closest someone has managed to get.
I am losing sleep as it must be a stray, he/she looks very skinny and there seems to be nothing I can do to help. Please if you could look into this it would be amazing, thank you."
Hi Andy, has this dog been reported to the dog warden? This dog has been sighted as stray. Please share and update with anymore sightings noting date/time and direction of travel.
Hi Anne, no I hadn't even thought of that. I will look into it now, thank you! And I will keep you updated, there's a few of us waiting to see if anyone posts a new sighting as we will go to the area straight away!
I've just reported him to the council, however the only options they had were if I had caught the dog myself, so im not sure if its going to do any good.
